Valentine

Simon gave us this Valentine.  Pretty great.  Pretty much typical Simon.

Phoebe'a Birthday

Don't worry- it's just Simon.

He's wearing a fish mask- fish were one of the themes of Phoebe's party.

Simon and Phoebe have been friends a long time.  It's nice.

Happy Birthday Phoebe!

Band Concert

Simon performed in his first band concert recently.  It was… screechy.  But very nice to see.

How To Turn Eight With Exuberance

We took Simon and three friends out for his Birthday.

First, they texted each other on the train.

We then enjoyed delicious food at Schnipper's.  Our families Time Square stand by.

We watched a show at the New Victory theater.

And everyone posed after with the poster and their special bee from the theater.

The children were all outstanding.  It was a special night filled with fun and Simon felt very special.

Under Water Fun

We had so much fun in the water and the fun was enhanced by our underwater camera bag.

The first time I took it the water I saw bubble coming out- not good!  But all it needed was a little twist on the lens cap and we were completely air tight and had a great time taking and posing for pictures.

This last one is an underwater tickle!

A Little More From The Birthday Trip

 A little more of our fun trip to Great Wolf Lodge…

Simon liked the huge fireplace in the lobby.

We all enjoyed playing blacklist glow in the dark mini-golf, but the picture isn't that good.

Yup- it snowed.

An odd feeling playing in a pool as the snow piles up outside.

This is how Simon felt as we left.  He soon fell asleep.

Mini-Bowling

 Great Wolf Lodge has it's own version of of candle-stick bowling.  With disco lights and music.

A Great Time At Great Wolf Lodge

We just got back from or trip to Great Wolf Lodge for Simon's Birthday.
