How To Lobster

First you need to search for the right bouy. 

When you find it, hook it.  Or gaff it.  Don't ask anyone who isn't from Maine how to say gaff- apparently the rest of us can't say it right at all.

Haul in the trap with the winch.

If you're lucky, there will be a lobster in it- you have to measure it to see if it is a 'keeper'.  Keeper is another word that you need to be from Maine to say right.

Empty out the bait bag.

Then load it up with new bait.

Then dump it all back over board.
