We spent a great few days in Camden. Here's Daddy, Simon, Grandpa Don, and Grandma Jean standing in front of the Camden Waterfall. This was taken on our only rainy morning of an otherwise sunny, sparkling, trip where we did a lot of different things.
We visited the Belted Galloway cows. Unfortuneately, Mama decided to stand right in front the famous white stripe for this picture.
We visited Grandma Jean's cousin, Joanne. She is just as nice as her smile looks.
We went to the Hope 4 Jazz Festival, though Simon liked the swings a little better than the music.

Camden Trip Continued
We tried on shoes. They didn't fit.
We watched the lobsters.
We went to the top of Mount Battie. (This time we drove- Simon has been told that he'd better be climbing it on his own by the time he is five.) We also tried on Grandpa's hat.
As usual, Simon got a little worn out, so he sought quiet under the chair in the living room.

Pet Show Winner!
This is a little out of order, but when we were in Rangeley Maine Simon and his new Moose [courtesy of Uncle Robert] entered a Pet show. And due to the combined cuteness factor...they won! (OK- every kid who entered won, but it still was a ton of fun!)
Simon was a little unwilling to shore the glory with Rangeley McMoosely.
